Улоге органа за излучивање

У процесу промета супстанци и енергије, који се назива метаболизам, у ћелијама настаје велики број штетних производа.

Ове непотребне супстанце које се морају излучити односно уклонити пре него што се нагомилајуи испоље штетно дејство на организам.

Систем органа за излучивање игра веома важну улогу у њиховом излучивању  зато што се кроз овај систем филтрира, то јест,

пречишћава крв из које се уклањају штетне супстанце као што су уреа, соли, мокраћна киселина.

Такође овај систем излучује  вишак воде из крви чиме се регулише количина воде у организму и одржава равнотежа између телесних течности и минералних соли растворених у њој.

Непотребне супстанце заједно са вишком воде стварају мокраћу.

 

Грађа и функција органа за излучивање

Органи за излучивање су бубрези, мокраћоводи, мокраћна бешика и мокраћна цев. Развој ових органа је у вези са развојем полних органа . Код особа мушког пола мокраћна цев је заједнички пут за избацивање мокраће и полних продуката, док су код женског пола потпуно одвојени мокраћни и полни путеви.
 
 
 
 Бубрези представљају најважнији  део система за излучивање.

Ови парни органи смештени су у лежишта од масног ткива,

непосредно испод пречаге, са леђне стране трбушне дупље.

Бубрег је тамно црвене боје, у облику је пасуља и улегнутом страном окренут према кичменом стубу. Дугачак је око 12 cm, а широк 6 cm. Тежина бубрега одраслог човека је само око 150 g иима величину стиснуте песнице. Овај орган, чини тек 1% телесне

масе, а троши око 25% укупне енергије. То показује његову

важност за  одржавање живота организма. Кроз овај орган током

једног минута прође око 1 литар крви, из које се филтрира и

издваја мокраћа.

 

  Бубрег је обложен опном од везивног ткива. На уздужном

пресеку показује се тамнија, зрнаста бубрежна кора, и светлија

и пругаста бубрежна срж. Слика на 131. страни.

Кора бубрега садржи око милион бубрежних телашаца, основних

функционалних јединица бубрега. Свако бубрежно телашце може,

филтрирајући крв, потпуно самостално да ствара мокраћу.

Човек може да живи све док му функционише бар 1/3 бубрежних

телашаца.

Током старења, број функционалних телашаца се смањује. Различите повреде и обољења такође могу да смање број бубрежних телашаца.

Бубрежне цевчице сакупљају се у кори градећи сабирне каналиће. Сабирни каналићи се групишу и уливају у бубрежне чашице, којих у сваком бубрегу има 15-20. Мокраћа се из бубрежних чашица улива у канал левкастог облика назван бубрежна карлица.

Стварање мокраће почиње у чаури бубрежног телашца кроз чије се танке зидове, из крвне плазме, филтрирају вода, минералне соли, шећери и многи производи разлагања као што су уреа, мокраћна киселина и амонијак.

 Мокраћоводи су парни цевасти органи чији задатак је да створену мокраћу спроведу од бубрега до мокраћне бешику. Код одраслих особа, њихова просечна дужина је између 25 - 35 cm, а пречник само око 5 mm. Мокраћоводи пролазе укосо кроз зид мокраћне бешике

да би приликом растезања зида бешике њена слузокожа спречила враћање мокраће у мокраћоводе.

Мокраћна бешика је шупаљ мишићни орган смештен у доњем делу карлице. У мокраћној бешици се привремено задржава мокраћа. Еластични зид бешике је изграђен од глатких мишића, а унутрашњост обложена набораном слузокожом. Запремина бешике одраслог човека је око 600 ml. Како се мокраћна бешика пуни, рецептори који реагују на истезање њених зидова, преко нервних влакана шаљу импулсе у центар у међумозгу. На преласку из бешике у мокраћну цев налази се кружни мишић стезач који грчењем спречава невољно истицање мокраће.

·         Који рецептори се налазе у зиду мокраћне бешике?

Мокраћа је бистра течност жуте боје. Садржи око 96% воде у којој су растворене различите супстанце као што су минералне соли, уреа, супстанца настала разградњом беланчевина, мокраћна, сумпорна и фосфорна киселина, амонијак. Количина и састав мокраће зависе од начина исхране. Ако се у организам уноси већа количина течности, мокраћа ће ти бити ретка и бледо жуте боје. Супротно, ако се уноси малотечности, мокраћа ће ти бити тамнија. Састав мокраће, такође, зависи од стања бубрега и општег промета супстанци у организму.

 

 

 

 

 Улога коже у излучивању

Кожа, са својих 2-5 милиона знојних жлезда, доприноси

одстрањивању непотребних супстанци из организма. Око сваке знојне жлезде налазе се крвни капилари из којих знојне жлезде извлаче воду, минералне соли и неке штетне супстанце од којих се у знојној жлезди ствара  зној. Зној је по хемијском саставу сличан мокраћи, само је много ређи од ње. Знојење је рефлексна радња и центар овог рефлекса је у међумозгу. Количина излученог зноја је променљива и зависи од температуре спољашње средине, количине унете течности у

организам и влажности ваздуха. Знојењем се организам штити од прегревања.
